- Assisting customers with their queries through email, live-chat and phone.
- Maintaining & building long-lasting relationships with players by providing the best customer experience they have experienced.
- Using your creativity and passing on your ideas and feedback from players to your colleagues in marketing and brand management in order for the company to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Helping out with other tasks such as content writing, translations, marketing.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is native in Swedish and fluent in English
- Has experience in Customer Service. Preferably in an online environment, however this is not a must. You will get extensive on the job training 🙂
- Has a bubbly personality and is passionate about learning new things. Is interested in online casino games.
- Loves interacting with people and working within a team, but is also self-motivated
- Is comfortable with working shifts and likes variety. Doesn’t mind jumping in and helping colleagues with different tasks from time to time.
- Is efficient. Likes to challenge existing ways of doing things and is creative.
