Technical Project Manager
Location: Puerto Rico or remote in LATAM
Our client is a dynamic start-up operating in the iGaming space. They operate both retail and online sides of the business, offering exciting opportunities for growth and impact. We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Clients ambitious team and bridge the gap between the business objectives and platform providers.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing integrations, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform, and driving key technical initiatives. You will act as the liaison between the business teams and platform providers, coordinating efforts to meet project goals. This role requires a solid understanding of APIs, website management, and data warehouse management, along with a background in development to effectively communicate and manage technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and platform providers.
– Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
– Coordinate and oversee API integrations, website management, and data warehouse management tasks.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
– Communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to stakeholders.
– Foster a collaborative working environment among cross-functional teams.
– Continuously assess and optimize project processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
– Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
– Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to manage API integrations.
– Proficiency in website management and data warehouse management.
– Basic development background with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project challenges.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
